LOCATION 

The best location for our Aventine Acquisitions, Inc. is zoned commercial. We need an office building with at least 15,000 square feet. Standard utilities are important such as light, water, gas, internet, and phones. Our office would also need to be in a financial district. Two areas came to mind, Newport Beach and Irvine. We decided on Irvine because it is closer to Riverside and San Bernardino County. As well the prices are slightly lower for lease rent.We have very little need for access; primarily we need adequate parking for employees and clients.
